Cannon Creek is situated on a large private lot overlooking the beautiful Long River, just minutes from picturesque New London. Access to the nearest beach is a short drive away in Cousins Shore.

It has 5 bedrooms – 2 king bedrooms, 2 queen bedrooms and the fifth bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 single bed. There is also an air mattress to sleep another child for a total of 12. There are 3 baths, 2 of which are ensuites to the king bedrooms.

The main floor has an open concept kitchen-dining-living area that overlooks the water. The main floor also has a spacious entry, two king bedrooms and 2 baths. The entire front side of the main floor (living and both king bedrooms) have 10′ patio doors that access the spacious deck overlooking the water.

The lower floor also overlooks the water and accommodates the 2 queen bedrooms and the fifth bedroom with 2 beds. It also has a full bathroom, laundry, a large family room – with TV lounging area (58″ TV), ping pong, games table and beverage fridge. The family room has another set of 10′ patio doors that lead to the very comfy sun/screen room where you control the breeze with adjustable vinyl windows! Just outside the sunroom is a huge deck that links this room to the hot tub. The sunroom, deck and hot tub all overlook the water in a private setting with a huge yard and surrounding green space for the kids to run and play freely.

Rig's Ladder

Rig’s Ladder is a much-loved beach house nestled along the north coast of PEI in the community of Seaview.

Upon entry, the comfort of the house welcomes you to a state of relaxation. Your eye is immediately drawn to the views of the cape and the ocean just outside the large windows. That’s when you start to appreciate the comfort of this beautifully decorated 3000 sf oceanfront home! The open-concept main floor easily flows from kitchen to dining and living areas.

The master bedroom with king bed and full ensuite overlooks the ocean, with a large, private ocean side deck to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails! A queen bedroom (with TV) and full bathroom complete the main floor.

The house is equipped with a total of five bedrooms and four full bathrooms. The lower level has a large family room (with propane fireplace, large screen TV and ample seating), two full bathrooms and a large laundry room.

The cottage is completes with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, wine fridge, two sets of full-size washer and dryer, wifi, satellite, bed linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, an outdoor shower, a propane BBQ, outdoor dining and a bonfire pit.
